• Client Preparation: Finalize the list of business testers. Ensure all testers have dedicated, cleared calendars during the UAT window so they can focus entirely on testing without regular operational distractions.

Defect Triage Meetings

• Agenda: Categorize, prioritize, and assign logged testing bugs based on operational severity.
• Client Preparation: Testers or PMs must bring clear, reproducible steps for each bug, including screenshots or screen recordings, and explain the operational impact of the failure.
